Homemade Spanish Natillas
Cooking InstructionsPut aside a small cold glass of milk then take the rest of the milk pour it in a pan and bring to a boil
Add the stick of cinnamon
Beat the yokes of the eggs and mix in the sugar
Take the cornstarch and mix it with the small glass of milk we put aside earlier until the cornstarch is dissolved
Once the cornstarch is dissolved add the egg yokes
When the milk come to a boil takeout the stick of cinnamon and add the mixture of egg yokes, cornstarch and sugar constantly stirring
Stir until the custard thickens do not allow it to boil!
